Served here, not only linked
Machine surfaces
A file in a repository is not a file at a URL — only a fetch settles it. Everything below is served at this domain, at the path shown, so an agent or an auditor reaches it without being sent a GitHub link. Each is a byte copy of an emitter's output: the build copies, never restates, so a surface here can never disagree with the record it projects.
| Surface | Path | What it is |
|---|---|---|
intent/1 · schema | /schema/intent-1.json | The JSON Schema for a well-formed intent/1 document — byte-identical to the repository copy the validator is held to. A validator pointed here gets the schema, not a page about it. |
intent/1 · example | /examples/gatewayz.intent.json | A worked, validated intent/1 projection — the fastest thing to diff your first fragment against. |
shipped/1 | /.well-known/shiplog.json | The sealed log of what this repository shipped — one entry per thing, hashed through one canonicalisation. |
checkpoint/1 | /.well-known/checkpoint.json | An RFC 6962 tree head over the shipping log: one root a reader re-computes from the leaves. |
directory/0.1 | /.well-known/directory.json | What this repository is the authority for — the emitter agent, the record sources it signs, and the human they act for. No organisation is declared, deliberately. |
notary/1 | /.well-known/notary.fragment.json | Content-free leaves of this repository’s own intentions — that one exists and when, never its content — foldable onto the estate transparency log. |
devlog/1 | /.well-known/devlog.fragment.json | The changelog, derived from commit history by the record emitter, never hand-written. |
sitemap | /sitemap.xml | Every page on this site. |
agents | /llms.txt | The site described for an agent that reads before it fetches. |
What is deliberately not here
A public intent.json
This repository files its own intentions privately and notarises them content-free — the
notary/1 leaf above proves an intention exists and when, never its content. A public
content projection needs promote(), which needs a named human, so there is no served
intent.json until there is something a person chose to publish. The standard's home
keeps the standard's own rule.
An organisation
The directory/0.1 surface declares the emitter agent and the record sources it
signs, and names no organisation on purpose: governance names IntentMesh
Ltd. as steward and it does not formally exist yet. A directory asserting an org that is not
incorporated would be the fabricated surface this estate refuses everywhere else.
How they fold onto the estate log
The notary/1 fragment is what
flashynetwork.com's transparency log
fetches and folds, one content-free leaf at a time — the way every property in the estate becomes
visible without any of them trusting the others. IntentMesh is the
accountable coordination layer on FlashyOS; this is where
its own record is served, at its own domain, under its own name.
